Description
Juran T. Bolden is a former American cornerback of American and Canadian football. He last played for the Winnipeg Blue Bombers of the Canadian Football League in 2007. He was originally drafted by the Atlanta Falcons in the fourth round of the 1996 NFL Draft. He played high school football for Hillsborough High School in Tampa and collegiately at Mississippi Delta.
Bolden played for Atlanta, the Green Bay Packers, the Carolina Panthers, and then in 1999 he played for the Kansas City Chiefs. In 2000-2001, he played for the Winnipeg Blue Bombers of the Canadian Football League. He returned to the Atlanta Falcons in 2002, was traded to the Jacksonville Jaguars in 2004. He was signed as a free agent by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in 2005, returning to his hometown.
Bolden was arrested October 11, 2003 in Atlanta, Georgia on charges of possession of a stolen vehicle and violation of Georgia's controlled substances act. He was not indicted on the drug charge, and on April 14, 2004 pleaded no contest to possession of a stolen vehicle. The vehicle aforementioned which was purchased from a friend that unbeknownst to him was stolen.
