James Robert Douglas "Rob" Bironas was an American football placekicker. He was signed by the Green Bay Packers as an undrafted free agent in 2002. He played college football for Auburn University and Georgia Southern University. Bironas was an All-Pro and Pro Bowl selection in 2007. He was a member of the Charleston Swamp Foxes, Carolina Cobras, New York Dragons and most recently the Tennessee Titans. Bironas was cut by the Titans after the 2013 season and had been a free agent when he was killed in a single-vehicle automobile accident in Nashville.
