Description
Anthony Marcus Sanders is a former outfielder in Major League Baseball. Sanders spent parts of three seasons in the majors with the Toronto Blue Jays and Seattle Mariners, along with part of the 2001 season with the Yokohama BayStars in Japan. As a member of the United States national baseball team, Sanders won a gold medal at the 2000 Summer Olympics. He used to be the manager for the Grand Junction Rockies. In 1997, Sanders' wife was killed in a skiing accident. In 2014 he became the coach of the Colorado Rockies. and the same year became Pioneer League Manager of the Year as well.
