Mindy Duncan is a beauty queen from Newberg, Oregon, who won the title Miss Teen USA 1988.
The petite red haired sixteen-year-old became the first Miss Oregon Teen USA to win at the Miss Teen USA competition, when she won the title in the pageant held in San Bernardino, California on July 25, 1988. At present, she is the only red-haired winner of the pageant. Two other Miss Oregon Teen USA titleholders, Bridgette Wilson and Tami Farrell, have since also won the Miss Teen USA crown.
