Bennie J. "Ben" Clyde is a retired American basketball player.
Born in Albany, Georgia, he played collegiately for Florida State University.
He was selected by the Boston Celtics in the 5th round of the 1974 NBA Draft.
He played for the Celtics in the NBA for 25 games.
Sportswriter Vince Murray called Clyde "the best high school basketball player ever seen"
