Paul Trussell is an English actor.
Born in Wimbledon, he has appeared in many plays, television series and films. He has worked closely with the director, Mike Leigh, on the stage play It's a Great Big Shame, and the films Life is Sweet and the Oscar-nominated Secrets & Lies,.
He is known to TV viewers for his portrayals of Chosen Man Isaiah Tongue in Sharpe's Rifles and Sharpe's Eagle on ITV, as well as many other regular television appearances including the slow-witted Morris in the BBC science fiction series, Crime Traveller, Alister Cranwell in A Many Splintered Thing, and Tark in So Haunt Me.
His stage work includes Les Liaisons Dangereuses, Marya, and in 2007 Mouse, which he wrote himself.
