Description
Daniel S�nchez G�lvez, and best known as Dani S�nchez is a Catalan Spanish professional carom billiards player. He first reached the finals of the UMB World Three-cushion Championship in 1996, but finished 2nd to Christian Rudolph. He successfully took the title in 1998, defeating 14-time World Champion Torbj�rn Blomdahl. He won it again in 2005 against Jean Paul de Bruijn.
S�nchez is a winner of the CEB European Three-cushion Championship twice and is a 31-time Spanish national Champion. He also won the gold medal twice at the three-cushion event of the 2001 and 2005 World Games, defeating Dick Jaspers on both occasions.
His highest run in competition is 15, and his best game average is 5.

He is often seen in matches wearing a red or black vest.
In 2007, he nearly won the world title for the third time but he was outclassed by Ryuuji Umeda of Japan.
