Salvatore Sirigu is an Italian footballer who plays as a goalkeeper for Ligue 1 club Paris Saint-Germain and Italy national football team. Since 2010 he has been a regular member of the Italian national team, selected for major tournaments such as UEFA Euro 2012 and 2014 FIFA World Cup, and is widely considered as the heir-apparent of Gianluigi Buffon.
