Sa�l Alfonso Hern�ndez Estrada, is the former lead singer, songwriter and guitarist of Caifanes, a Mexican rock en espa�ol group formed in 1986. In 1996, Sa�l Hern�ndez sang a duet with Algerian ra� singer Khaled. The song, called "Ki Kounti", is sung partially in Arabic and Spanish. After Caifanes' breakup, Saul Hern�ndez formed a new band in late 1995, called Jaguares, along with former Caifanes drummer Alfonso Andr� and two long time friends, Federico Fong on the bass guitar and Jose Manuel Aguilera on the lead guitar. Jose Manuel Aguilera was involved in the Jaguares' first studio album only. Cesar "Vampiro" Lopez later took over on lead guitar and has been in the band since. Since then, Jaguares has consolidated into one of Spanish Rock's premier bands with both critical and commercial success.
