Yoervis Jos� Medina is a Venezuelan professional baseball pitcher for the Seattle Mariners of Major League Baseball.
From 2006 to 2009, Medina played for the VSL Mariners in the Venezuelan Summer League. In 2006, he made 17 appearances, four of which were starts. That season, he went 3-4 with a 3.60 ERA. In 2007, he went 4-2 with a 3.42 ERA in 16 games. He was used almost entirely as a reliever in 2008, going 4-3 with a 1.79 ERA in 17 games. In 2009, he went 3-4 with a 2.65 ERA in 15 games.
Medina moved to the United States for the 2010 season, playing for the Everett AquaSox, Clinton LumberKings and Tacoma Rainiers and going a combined 9-2 with a 3.17 ERA in 15 starts. In 82? innings, he struck out 92 batters while walking 31.
