Description
Charles Harrington Elster is an American writer, broadcaster, and logophile. In 1998, he, along with Richard Lederer, became founding co-hosts of the weekly radio showA Way with Words, broadcast by KPBS, San Diego Public Radio, and heard worldwide via streaming internet and podcast. After five and a half years, Elster left the show and was replaced by journalist and writer Martha Barnette.
He is the author of the book: Tooth and Nail: A Novel Approach to the SAT, as well as a series of practical books aimed to help improve vocabulary: Word Workout, Word Workout Level One, Word Workout Level Two
