Marcus Dwayne Lawton is a former Major League Baseball outfielder. He was born on August 18, 1965 in Gulfport, Mississippi. He was drafted by the New York Mets in 1983. and played in 10 career games with the New York Yankees in 1989, with 3 hits in 14 at-bats. He played his final game on October 1, 1989. He is the brother of former major leaguer Matt Lawton.
