Penelope Jane "Penny" Taylor is an Australian professional basketball player. She currently plays for the Phoenix Mercury in the WNBA and Turkish team Fenerbah�e Istanbul in the EuroLeague Women. In September 2006, she led the Australia women's national basketball team to a gold medal at the World Championships, winning tournament MVP honours ahead of teammate Lauren Jackson.
