T�mas Lemarquis is an Icelandic actor. He is possibly best recalled for his appearance in the 2003 Icelandic film N�i Alb�n�i. Lemarquis is the son of French teacher G�rard Lemarquis and an Icelandic mother. Lemarquis' most distinguishing physical features - his bald head, lack of eyelashes and eyebrows - is the result of him losing his hair at the age of 13 to Alopecia universalis. He grew up in a small town in Iceland and studied theater at the Cours Florent in Paris, where he was a classmate of actress Audrey Tautou, and the Reykjav�k School of Fine Arts in Iceland. Lemarquis is a fluent speaker of Icelandic, French, English, German and Danish. He currently resides in France.
