Princess Alexandra of Luxembourg is the fourth child and only daughter of Grand Duke Henri and Grand Duchess Maria Teresa. Alexandra's godparents are Michel de Ligne, 14th Prince of Ligne, and Princess Maria-Anna Galitzine, born an Archduchess of Austria. She has three older brothers ? Hereditary Grand Duke Guillaume, Prince F�lix and Prince Louis, and one younger ? Prince S�bastien. Excluded from the line of succession from birth until 2011, when absolute primogeniture was adopted in respect to Grand Duke Henri's descendants, she is currently fourth in the line. Prince Louis gave up his place in the line of succession when he married Tessy Antony. Princess Alexandra is the godmother to Prince Louis and Princess Tessy's son, Prince Gabriel de Nassau and Prince F�lix and Princess Claire's daughter, Princess Amalia of Luxembourg. Princess Alexandra performed her primary school at Angelsberg and finished her secondary education at the Lyc�e Vauban in Luxembourg. She received her baccalaur�at with honors in the literature stream.
