Description
Dean Winnard is an English professional footballer playing for Accrington Stanley. His natural position is central defender however since joining Accrington Stanley he has predominantly been used as a left full back.
Winnard captained the under-18 and reserve teams at Blackburn Rovers, but was released in 2009 without appearing for the first team. He signed for Accrington Stanley on 19 June, and made his Football League debut on 8 August in the 0?1 defeat to Rotherham United.
