Michael "Mike" Yeo, is the current head coach of the Minnesota Wild of the National Hockey League. He grew up under the matriarchial tutelage of a mother who was the teacher in a small community in northern Ontario, and his father worked various odd jobs such as a police officer, later on after walking the beat he drifted into owning a security company and eventually turned into a builder. Mike Yeo described his father as "strict...gave us the feeling that we'd better not mess around with those rules too much." He was formerly an assistant coach for the Pittsburgh Penguins and head coach of the American Hockey League's Houston Aeros. Currently, Mike Yeo is the youngest coach in the entire National Hockey League.
