Dora Doll is a French actress. She was born Dorothea Feinberg in Berlin.
One of her first screen appearances was as Juliette in Henri-Georges Clouzot's Manon. She appeared as Lola in Jacques Becker's Touchez pas au grisbi and as Genisse in Jean Renoir's French Cancan. In 1976 she appeared on television in the 1976 series H�tel Baltimore in the role of Suzy. In 1977, she appeared in "Julia" with Fred Zinnemann directing. Dora Doll played the role of the woman passenger accompanying Lillian Hellman as Lily smuggled $50,000 through Nazi Germany for her friend Julia. In 1982, she played in Ettore Scolas That Night in Varennes. In the late-1990s she played the grandmother Louise Chantreuil in TV Series Tide of Life.
She has been married twice. Her first husband was the actor Raymond Pellegrin and they had a daughter, Danielle. She was later married to Fran�ois Deguelt. In 1993 Dora Doll was awarded the Prix "Reconnaissance des cin�philes" from Puget-Th�niers in honour of her life's work. She was made Knight of France's National Order of Merit in 2000.
