Description
Ricardo Gomes Raimundo, known as Gomes, is a Brazilian retired footballer who played as a central defender and, currently, is the technical director of CR Vasco da Gama.
In a 14-year professional career, he played for Fluminense, Benfica and Paris Saint-Germain. Subsequently, he went on to have a lengthy managerial career, in both his country and France.
Gomes played for Brazil during the 80's/90's, representing the nation at the 1990 World Cup and in two Copa Am�rica tournaments.
